This Privacy Policy explains how SuperTaxi ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the SuperTaxi platform and websites (the "Service").

• Account & business details — name, email, phone, company name and similar information you provide when signing up, requesting a demo or contacting us.
• Booking data — information you and your customers enter to create and manage bookings.
• Payment data — handled by our payment provider (see below); we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & technical data — log data, device and browser information, and cookies needed to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use data

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• To process subscriptions and prevent fraud.
• To respond to enquiries and provide support.
• To send service and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out).
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and processes your payment details under its own privacy terms. We receive limited information (such as subscription status and the last digits of a card) to manage your account, but not your full payment-card details.

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting, email delivery, payment processing and mapping) under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure the Service, and limited analytics where applicable. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
