Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to the SuperTaxi platform operated by SuperTaxi can be cancelled and when refunds may apply.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or via the customer portal provided by our payment provider. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

2. Refunds

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for periods already started, since you keep access for the remainder of the paid period after cancelling.
  • If you were charged in error, or experienced a significant service fault we could not resolve, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.
  • Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method.

3. How payments and refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds within its own policy window to prevent chargebacks.

4. Free trials and demos

Where a free demo or trial is offered, you will not be charged for it. You are only billed if you choose to start a paid subscription.

5. Requesting a refund or help

To request a refund or ask a billing question, email support@supertaxi.one with your account email and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.
