Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuperTaxi software-as-a-service platform, websites and related services (the "Service") operated by SuperTaxi. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SuperTaxi provides online booking and dispatch software for taxi, limo and shuttle operators, including a branded booking site, fare calculation and a dispatch panel. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.

3. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) at the price shown at checkout until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by our authorised payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is collected and remitted by the payment provider.
• Your subscription renews automatically. You can cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Fees are exclusive of any taxes shown separately at checkout. Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; uploading malware; attempting to gain unauthorised access; reselling the Service without permission; or using it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you and your customers submit. You grant us a licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
