Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Book a demo and explore a fully featured workspace with no card required. You only choose a plan once you decide SuperTaxi is right for your business.

Can I use my own website?

Yes. Alongside your branded booking site, you get a one-line iframe snippet you can embed on your existing website, so customers book without leaving your pages.

How are prices calculated?

You set the rules. SuperTaxi supports flat per-airport rates, distance + time pricing, and hourly charters — and it matches the right vehicle to each group automatically.

Do you handle the ride payment?

Not yet. Today passengers pay by cash, invoice, or card-on-file, and you reconcile in your panel. Online card payment at checkout is on the roadmap.

What if I don't have a Google Maps key?

Fares still work — SuperTaxi falls back to an offline distance estimate. Adding a Maps key unlocks address autocomplete and live route maps for a smoother booking flow.

Is there a mobile app?

Your booking site and dispatch panel are fully mobile-responsive, so they work great in any phone browser today. Native driver and customer apps are planned for a later phase.
